Fun Fit · under 13

Start themyoung.

Fun Fit is for athletes under 13 — one-to-one or in small groups, built around movement, coordination, and walking out the door prouder than they walked in. It looks like play. It's programmed like training. And for a lot of families it isn't about training at all — it's a place for their kid to be active, around other kids like them.

What a session looks like

Play with a plan.

Sessions are playful on the surface and structured underneath — crawling, climbing, carrying, jumping, balancing, all chosen for what a young body needs to learn and sequenced so it keeps working.

Coaches keep it age-appropriate and keep it moving. A kid who thinks they just played hard for an hour has also done their coordination work, their strength work, and their listening work.

Every session ends the same way: with something they couldn't do last month that they can do now.

Why start early

The habit is the win.

A young athlete who learns that the gym is a place where people are happy to see them carries that for life. Fun Fit is where the habit starts — and when they're ready for more, one-to-one training is right there waiting.
