Personal training

One coach.One athlete.

This is where everything at Train Unique starts — a coach to themselves, a session built around how they move, what they can do today, and what they're working toward. No group to keep up with. No pace but their own. Everything else Train Unique does grows out of this hour.

What a session looks like

Built around the athlete.

The coach's attention doesn't split. Every movement, every load, every rest is chosen for the athlete in front of them — and changed on the spot when the day calls for it.

Some athletes are here to get strong. Some are rebuilding after an injury or a surgery. Some are working on the things that don't look like gym goals from the outside — getting up off the floor, carrying groceries, managing a full day without running out of body.

Progress gets tracked, and families see it. Not a report card — a record of what their athlete did that they maybe didn't think was coming.

Their pace.
Their program.
Their coach.

In his own words

This isn’t physical therapy.

Damon draws the line most families never get drawn for them: strength and conditioning, programmed training, body composition and nutrition — not a clinical session with a different name, and not gentle stretching dressed up as a workout. It's the difference between being maintained and being coached.

Where it leads

Start here.
Go anywhere.

One-to-one is the front door to everything else. In Louisiana it grew into small groups, classes, and a competitive powerlifting team — and plenty of athletes still train one-to-one for years, because nothing about that is a lesser version of the program. Southern California starts the same way the whole thing started: one coach, one athlete, one hour.
